From the moment we booked, everything felt easy, thoughtfully organised, and genuinely caring. The staff were absolute stars!! Welcoming, patient, and switched on. They took the time to understand our son’s needs, explained what would happen in clear, calm steps, and checked in with us throughout. Little things made a big difference. Being flexible with transitions, and celebrating his wins without overwhelming him. He felt safe, seen, and free to have fun and that meant the world to us. The venue was spotless, the trampolines and activities were well supervised, and the party flowed smoothly (even with excited kids flying in every direction!). Our host kept everything on track while also reading the room, which is a rare and wonderful skill. If you’re looking for a party that’s inclusive, energetic, and stress-free, this is it.
